Together with Alfredo Studer to Fiesch. We launch shortly before 11 o'clock. As expected Alfredo is shooting up while I fight my way to the base. I can't complain though. 12 Minutes after take-off I start the crossing towards Bellwald and fly up the 'Goms'. In front of my Alfredo, behind me a whole series of colorful paragliders following.

Above Ulrichen I turn, while Alfredo (still on thermal ahead of me ) continues to fly east. On our after take-off I'm back at the Eggishorn on 3200 Meters.

I fly on to Riederfurka, Gärsthorn, Wiwannihorn. There I have trouble finding the thermal, until a bi-place shows me the center, much furter out than I expected. Just before I start the crossing of the Goppenstein I can see Alfredo again, he is a litte lower than me, but much deeper in the high mountains. I make the mistake of not following him but fly further south keeping my own line.

A few kilomwters further I arrive to low and get caught in the high reaching vally release. Due to internal pressure ;-) my fighting spirit is not too good any more and I turn to fly back to Visp for landing.

The landing is tricky, the valley wind is very strong and I come almost straight down. All in all a nice flight, at least much less 'sportive' than the last one :-). Alfredo flies twice as far...well everything els would not be normal ;-)
